My apartment is located in a very good area. It has restaurants nearby, a bus stop, Hispanic supermarkets, fast food, KFC, Wendy's, Chipotle, etc., and easy access to I436, which takes you to Disney and more attractions in Orlando in 30 minutes. There is a swimming pool and a small gym.
