Its little plus is that it is located on the ground floor away from the noise of the swimming pools. Fully equipped, air conditioning, TV... Close to shops and the beach (5 min by car), bike path at the entrance. Does not have wifi but you will be connected to the very pleasant environment. The space Apartment on the ground floor with terrace, pleasant to live in, including a large living room/dining room and American kitchen. A bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom with a double bed. Free and secure parking within the residence and close to the accommodation. An ideal accommodation for your vacation, very cozy. The accommodation does not have WiFi but a TV with all TNT channels. Vacations are made of discoveries, present moments, walks, beach, treats... so we disconnect from the virtual and we appreciate these moments with family or friends. Bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) are not included. Only bath towels will be provided. Coffee pods and sugar will be available upon arrival, along with a small first aid kit. The residence has 4 swimming pools, including a children's paddling pool, 2 tennis courts, a petanque court and basketball court. Access to Malibu Village facilities (swimming pools and tennis and squash courts) is not included in the price of the stay. ⚠️Weekly packages are valid for check-ins and checkouts, from Saturday to Saturday. Since our recent arrival in the region, we have tested and unanimously, the ice cream parlor "La Bulle Bleue" on the square in Canet is by far the most delicious and especially the most generous with very nice staff.
