Large and super cozy one-story house (building has two floors)! We are located on Fazenda da Armação beach, just 400 meters away. Excellent location, close to market, bakery, pharmacy, health center, mechanic's workshop, gas station… and just minutes from all beaches! The space The house is the ground floor of the construction, on the second floor we also have another house for rent, both with individual accesses. We have barbecue , equipped kitchen and laundry room. We have 3 rooms : Bedroom 1 : 1 Queen bed + 1 extra single mattress Bedroom 2 : 1 Queen bed + 1 extra single mattress Room 3 : double bed We have air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and living room, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet. In the parking lot we have spaces for 2 vehicles. Pet: 1 small (additional fee) The most complete supermarket in the city and with the best butchery is 30 meters from our residence. Panificadora and pharmacy are 150 meters away. We offer a complete trousseau (hotel line) for your convenience. Other things to note We have a shared parking lot with two other residences and a stainless steel company that is on the same plot of land. Attention: we do not rent for parties and we do not allow loud noise at any time: family atmosphere.
