Cabin in the middle of Skärså - fishing village with restaurant

This fisherman's cottage dating back to the 19th century is a little dream to visit. In the fisherman's cottage, there is a bed (140 cm/queen), a toilet, well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. In the sleeping cottage next door there is a larger bedroom with a double bed (180 cm/king), toilet and shower, washing machine and a narrow bunk bed. In the cottage there are 2 cats in the summer, but not during the rental. The plot is very small and you live close to the neighbors, please show great consideration for the neighbors. No parties. No loose dogs. Other things to note The cottage does not have its own lake plot, but is located in the middle of other fishing cottages and houses out on the headland in Skärså. You can see the sea in two directions and the balcony has lovely evening sun. The accommodation is divided into two cottages; the fishing cabin and the sleeping cabin. In the fishing cabin, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a wood stove, a large living room with a large sofa and TV (basic channels), a small toilet and a sleeping alcove with a 140 cm/queen bed. Outdoors, there is a large terrace with a dining area and views of the bay. The patio has wonderful evening sun. In the sleeping cabin, there is a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) as well as a very narrow bunk bed (about 80 cm). 🔥 If you want to barbecue, place the barbecue on the lawn, not on the wooden balcony. Caution regarding fire spread must be taken into account. ❤️ The plot is very small as the houses and cottages are close together in the old fishing village. You should show consideration for the neighbors and not trespass on their properties. Do not walk on the neighbors' docks. No loose pets are allowed. No parties. It should be quiet 10 pm - 8 am. It should be said that the neighbors are nice and kind, but since you live close to each other, it is important to know this before you book the cottage 🤗 🤖 The lawn is mowed by a robotic lawn mower at night. So pick up loose items so that the lawnmower is not obstructed or blocked. 🅿️ Parking is on the property, next to the sleeping cabin. Parking is not possible on the road outside or the road between the houses. It's not possible to charge an electric car. ℹ️ A little about the fishing village of Skärså: 🐟☕️ In the village there is a fish smokehouse - about 50 m from the cabin. There you can buy smoked fish, sauces and coffee. They have a café in the summer. 🍽🍦 Inside the village/harbor there is a restaurant, a museum about fishing in the village, a shop with crafts, a glass hut and an ice cream bar. Skärså is a popular tourist village in the summer. 🏖 In the village there is a beach.
