Recently renovated Woodland View is a family and pet friendly 2 bedroom home on the John Fowler St. Ives holiday Park in Lelant. Close to the amazing Hayle beach - 3 miles of pure sand - and the wonderfully vibrant St. Ives - our property is great for families, couples and pets. All the mod-cons needed to ensure you enjoy your holiday - this property includes 2 bedrooms and lounge/diner area. Outside dining facilities are also available. The space Set in the amazing St. Ives Holiday Park - run by John Fowler - this woodland property has a centre parts feel - lots to do but the quiet retreat for resting. This two bedroom cottage has a lounge diner area, fully equipped kitchen and patio for relaxing. One double bedroom and a bedroom with two singles, with hang space plus a full bathroom to wash away those beach days. The John Fowler holiday park has received significant investment - including new dining area to add to the pool, arcades and evening entertainment. There is a shop onsite and lots of walks to provide everything you need for your trip. Extra bonus is the Hayle Beach bus stops at the park so you can take the bus to the beach to save on the parking fees. The property benefits from fibre at the holiday park for the provision of WiFi at the property. There is also data provision at the main Park Reception, should you need to use it. All Bookings after the 5th March 2025 include a free leisure pass worth upto £70 !! All Towels and Linens are provided at no extra charge Up to 2 Well behaved Dogs are welcome again at no extra charge saving you up to £100 in fee's Guest access Guest access is via a lockbox - codes come to you 24 hours before for arrival at anytime after 3pm. Other things to note Use of the parks leisure facilities and clubhouse may require a leisure pass, which can be collected from Reception. To use the swimming pool and purchase Bingo tickets a leisure pass is needed all the time. Peak times:- A leisure pass may be needed to access the restaurant, Bar facilities and any entertainment. Off peak - May only be asked for Swimming and Bingo tickets, but up to the Parks Discretion.
