Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Entry is via a private entrance with a lockbox, allowing for smooth and flexible check-in. For added convenience, free designated parking is available onsite. Please note that the flat is located on the third floor and access is stairs only. Other things to note To protect our property and ensure compliance with regulations, we kindly request all guests to review and sign a Terms and Conditions document before check-in. This document confirms your understanding and agreement with the property rules. Please Note: Before check-in, you can choose to either pay a refundable damage deposit or provide details for a pre-authorisation of the deposit amount. For stays longer than 30 nights, a refundable 5-week damage deposit is required. All reservations require a deposit, the amount of which depends on the length of the stay. This deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. ID Requirement: For security and verification purposes, we require valid ID from all guests prior to check-in.
