The space Let yourself be seduced by the tranquility of the place that is part of the outbuildings of a remarkable villa nearby (our home) and its 5ha wooded park (lots of photos offered!). The house offers two adjoining but independent gite. This former Bressanne farmhouse - integrally renovated in 2024 - offers a bucolic view amid centuries-old oaks, flowered orchard and newly planted vines. Guest access The house has a surface area of 85m² on three levels: On the ground floor, an East-West through living room with exposed beam; a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, "nespresso" capsule type coffee maker, oven, microwave), a dining table with baby chair, a small seating area. Independent toilet. On the first floor you will find: A bathroom with shower and toilet A large bedroom (see realistic photo) air-conditioned double with queen-size beds (160x200), North and West views and a desk for remote work (wifi / fiber optic) or crib provided. A wardrobe allows you to store your belongings in peace. On the second floor: A large air-conditioned room of 20m² on the floor with exposed beams, equipped with four twin beds (which can be modulated into king size beds or single beds), a play area and reading. Possible dorm for kids. North view and great velux in the West. This house gives access to different outdoor spaces: - A terrace in the East equipped with a barbecue or a plancha to enjoy meals with friends/family - Parking containing up to three spaces, close to the entrance of the accommodation to unload luggage (*) - A small flower garden and orchard to take the time to contemplate - Children's games, structure and ping pong table (*) - A pétanque court to the standards of the FFPJP (Fédération française de la pétanque et des jeux de Provence) (*) - A 10x5m swimming pool without chlorine and salt (**), with a submerged beach for the toddlers, a few meters allowing the children to play while having foot and then swimming serenely. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large concrete beach and then grass. It is secured with a locked gate, under the responsibility of the parents. It is accessible according to the House Rules which offer schedules and rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all. - A contemplative walk in the wooded park which consists of rare species of centuries-old trees (larch, Lebanon cedar, purple beech, magnolia, 400-year-old yew, oaks, plane trees...), overlooking the Beaujolais mountains, in the orchard or in the vines planted in front of the cottage. - A vaulted cellar is also present in the main villa for a private tasting of the region's wines with Frédéric, your host (on request) (*): shared space with the adjoining cottage and (**) with the owners
