The space Bedroom has AC, King size bed, luggage racks, wardrobe, TV, Heaters during winters, attached western style washroom with shower and sink with large mirrors. A large dining room with six seater dining table, drawing room with sofa and centre table, kitchen with all coming amneties like gas hob, chimney, microwave, fridge, toaster, RO etc are provided. Except The bedroom with the attached washroom, the remaining space is to be shared with guests of the other room if any. The property has solar heated water and geysers also in every bathroom. The roof top has a pergola which can be used by the guests during morning and evening hours. You get a beautiful view of Mussoorie on a clear day. The temperature at Sinaula is always a few degrees lower than Dehradun. This is a bird's watchers paradise. And a haven for nature lovers. The common area is shared. Guest access Guests have access to the ground floor and it's surroundings and also the rooftop. During your stay The hosts are generally there to welcome you and at the time you check out just to see that you are comfortable. We are there anytime you need anything. 11pm to 6am is a no disturbance time unless informed otherwise. Other things to note Guests will be required to submit a copy of their IDs at the time of check in. IDs recognised are copy of passport and visa for foreign guests and copy of Aadhaar for all Indian guests. Foreign guests are welcome but they need to send details of their passport, visa details and addresses of stay in India and also a HD photograph in advance.
