Unit 2 is a 2nd-floor apartment accessed via exterior stairs with a private entrance and smart lock. Unit 3 is located on the 3rd floor, accessed through the front porch and a shared common hallway with keypad entry. Once checked in, guests can easily visit between units using the interior hallway. Both units feature cozy living rooms with Roku TVs, fully stocked kitchens (including coffee makers, crock pots, blenders, and more), and air conditioning for comfort in warmer months. Unit 3 includes a GE all-in-one washer/dryer for added convenience. Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 5 guests across both units — each with a queen bed, plus a pull-out sleeper sofa in Unit 3 (best suited for a child or smaller adult). Parking is available on-site for 2-3 vehicles in a shared lot. Guests also have access to a small yard area. This property is pet-friendly (with approval) and follows our standard house rules regarding pets, quiet hours, and respectful use of shared spaces. Guest access Guests will have full private access to both Unit 2 (second floor) and Unit 3 (third floor) during their stay. Unit 2 is accessed via the exterior stairs on the side of the house using a private smart lock. Unit 3 is accessed through the front porch and a shared common hallway. A separate keypad code will be provided for entry to porch and unit door. Once checked in, guests can easily move between the units using the interior hallway if desired. Guests can enjoy all interior areas of both apartments, including two fully stocked kitchens, two living rooms (each with Roku TVs), two full bathrooms, and three sleeping spaces. Unit 3 also includes a GE all-in-one washer/dryer. The small shared yard and driveway parking area (space for 2–3 cars) are also available for guest use. Please note this is a shared lot, so parking is first come, first served but we always have room for at least 2 cars for our units. Both units are completely private and not shared with other guests during your stay. Other things to note This reservation includes two private apartments in the same building. While both units are fully private, the property has a shared exterior lot and entry porch. Unit 2 is accessed via exterior stairs and a private smart lock, while Unit 3 is accessed through a front porch door and shared common hallway. The living spaces are not connected internally before check-in. After both units are unlocked, guests can visit one another using the shared interior hallway if desired. Please note: Parking has space for 2–3 cars. The yard is partially shared with other tenants and guests. Unit 3 offers a washer/dryer; Unit 2 does not have its own laundry. The pull-out sofa sleeper in Unit 3 is best suited for a child or small adult. AC units are installed seasonally in unit 2, while unit 3 has them in year round.
