Sliding glass doors lead from the living area onto your private screened balcony with comfortable seating, coffee table. Through the green trees, peak the beautiful Table Rock Lake where you soon to be making lasting memories. Bedroom #1 is the master suite with a king bed, smart tv, direct balcony access, reading space, workspace and bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, full size sleeper sofa, smart TV, small kitchen and bathroom. Good to know: - Washer and Dryer in unit - 2 additional full size sleeper sofas in the living area - Two parking spaces available. - This is a walk-down unit General Rules: - NO dually trucks allowed in the property - NO commercial vehicles with signage permitted - Parking pass must be displayed at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the pass is not displayed. - No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk - No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes tool boxes , kayaks. - No vehicle wraps or commercial vehicles - No over size vehicles Please, note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 11AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $50 depending on the number of hours requested.
