There is off-street parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars, with room for a boat. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use. The holiday house has an ensuite bathroom adjoining the master queen bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity & toilet. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower & vanity, and a separate toilet. There is reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in the lounge room, and in the spacious kitchen/dining space. The master bedroom and kitchen/dining space have ceiling fans, and a pedestal fan which can be used in any room. Aworana Shores has 2 spacious lounge rooms, both with comfortable seating and large televisions with USB ports, board games & books. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher & large fridge with freezer on top; plus an additional fridge is located in the laundry. The laundry facilities at Aworana Shores includes a front load washing machine, iron & ironing board. Outside, guests can enjoy relaxing on the undercover deck at the rear of the house which overlooks the lawned yard with swing set. The outdoor entertaining area on the deck includes dining seating, a hooded gas barbecue & pizza oven. For those coming to fish the Spencer Gulf waters, Aworana Shores has a fish cleaning sink & crab cooking facilities, and is just a short drive to the Port Hughes boat ramp & jetty, or to the Moonta Bay jetty. There is off-street parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars, with room for a boat. The beach is within easy reach and is just a 5 minute walk down Rossiters Road, or there's a car park at the end of the road with direct beach access. Or head to the foreshore precinct with Moonta Bay jetty, cafes & Splash Town water park (seasonal). For shopping or supplies, head into Moonta, which is less than 5 minutes' drive away, with a range of shops including a large supermarket, hardware, chemist, clothing, antiques and many more. Moonta, Moonta Bay & Port Hughes have some fantastic dining choices including cafés, takeaways, hotels & restaurants, all of which are within an easy drive from Aworana Shores.
