The house has a private, fenced backyard that’s great for relaxing or spending time outside, and works well for both adults and families (including pets). I’ve added curated items for kids of all ages, along with a fully stocked kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. You’re close to bars, restaurants, local venues, NC State, and everything downtown has to offer. The space Modern , beautifully decorated and private ! My Favorite Features for Families/Kids: - a play tent - toddler friendly dinnerware -foldable playpen/playard, in addition to a foldable crib -a galaxy nightlight ceiling projector with 16 options for nighttime bedroom stargazing ( also equipped with 8 soothing nighttime noises for kids and a Bluetooth speaker) -a book nook with curated books for kids 2-14 years -a kid's cookbook with easy recipes -Magnatiles, blocks, games. -Bath toys and kids soap/shampoo -4 min. drive to the Marbles Kids Museum My favorite features for Adults: -Beautiful outdoor patio dining and lounge area with nighttime fairy lights. -Ample fenced-in private, quiet yard -Parking in private driveway and ample street parking ! -Full size Washer/Dryer -Fully stocked kitchen -Guest controlled heat and A/C -Flat screen Smart TVs with Roku in living room and Master -NC state vs. Duke Cornhole -White noise machine -Portable black-out blinds for guests that work nights and sleep days -Central location with highly rated restaurants, bars and nightlife within a 10 minute drive. -Close to several museums, amphitheaters, medical centers , and NC State! I love pets! My favorite features for Pets: - a luxury outdoor pet bed ( with its own roof, just like Snoopy ) -a soft pet bed ( with pet bowls) for inside The Space You can't beat this location! - 4 min. drive to Downtown Raleigh -7 min. drive to Wake Med Longer term stays are welcome! The downtown location is great for kids with Marbles museum and IMAX minutes drive away, - and tons of amazing restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing for kids and adults alike ( check out my guidebook on airbnb I am always adding new places !).
