After traveling for 10 years in different countries and staying in hostels, we started this project with great enthusiasm, where we combine comfort and convenience without losing the spirit of sharing travel experiences with other travelers, all in a family and quiet atmosphere. The space The house, completely renovated this year 2024, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to downtown Seville. It consists of five bedrooms, all with their own key, and brand new furniture, to ensure total comfort during your stay. You can also enjoy a quiet and bright private upper patio. After a day of leisure and sightseeing, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in the living room with a coffee or tea, or watch the flat-screen TV with which the apartment is equipped, as well as sharing your travel experiences with other travelers. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee maker, kettle, large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and toaster. We like to give our guests a welcome assortment of coffee, teas, and infusions. In the two bathrooms, also completely new, you can enjoy a shower. You'll have shampoo, bath gel, hair dryer, and towels. We also have a first aid kit. Air conditioning cold/heat. Wifi. In short, we have chosen everything in detail, with great care, affection. We want your stay to be pleasant, with all the comforts you could wish for. Guest access Each guest has their own private room, with a lock. The house has 5 bedrooms. There are two shared bathrooms. The rest of the house's facilities (kitchen, living room and upper terrace) are also shared with the rest of the guests Other things to note Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification details of all travelers. It will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through an online registration (a photograph of the official identification document must be provided).
