Completely renovated 1930s house with lots of authentic details but also comfortable living. You will find peace and quiet here in the large green garden of 200m2 and in the quiet (child) friendly neighborhood, but you are also within a 5-minute walk of the city center or train station or a 15-minute walk to the Waalstrand. There are 3 sleeping places for adults, 1 for baby/toddler. If you would like more sleeping places, please let us know. Please note: our two social cats stay at home! You can cuddle them a lot and give them kibbles. The space There are many places to relax in our house: in the green garden, waking up with a cup of coffee in the Artifort lounge chair, or retreating in the evening on the sofa in the ensuite with a good movie. If you love cooking, you have come to the right place. More info about the property: - Large bedroom with king size Swiss Sense bed (180x200m). - Attic is about 30m2 and has a single bed. There is plenty of room to let more people sleep here if you want. Please let us know so we can arrange more sleeping places for you. - The brand new kitchen is well equipped with a Bora hob, oven, microwave, espresso machine, Magimix, Le Creuset etc. - Bathroom: equipped with bathtub, rain shower and sink with double faucets. - Children's room: Aerosleep bed, blackout roller blind and electric awning. - In the attic, there is also a workspace with a desk and chair that are both adjustable in height and possibly additional computer screens. - There is also a TrippTrapp high chair for your child (0-8 years), baby bath, maxicosi, toys, books, bicycles and a large play mat inside and lawn in the garden to play. - Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. - There is HBO, Netflix and a BluOs sound system with Tidal and Spotify. And of course good WiFi. - 2 bicycles can be borrowed on request (1 of which has a child seat) Other things to note Our two cats also stay in your house. You can give them kibbles and cuddle them.
