If you like to cook fresh food yourself, you will find a fridge, stove and everything important in the small kitchenette. Large panoramic windows, warm wooden floors and finely coordinated fabrics and materials create a pleasant holiday feeling together with the unique Lake Garda flair. The spacious roof terrace and the wonderful scent of our lemon garden with our sun loungers under palm trees and olive trees invite you to dream, marvel or simply unwind in harmony with the sound of the waves. Guest access In addition to the breakfast terrace, which you can reach directly from your apartment, the lower of the two roof terraces is also available to you. The top terrace and the terrace on the first floor are assigned to the other apartments. You are welcome to use the garden with the olive trees and palm trees at any time. You can reach the public beach via the public stairs right next to our house. There is storage for bicycles and other sports equipment. Unfortunately, a roof is not available. The apartment can be reached via several stairs through the garden. The apartment is characterized by its unique location and great privacy. Motorcycle or sailboats can be attached to the in-house buoy for free. The Cherenguito beach bar is 5 minutes away and the old town of Limone is 15 minutes by foot. The nearest supermarket is 300 m away, offers daily fresh rolls and specialties such as cheese and salami from the region all year round. The nearest restaurant is 300 mt. The beach, sup and pedal boat rental, kite and surf school, beach volleyball court are in direct surroundings. Beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails start right by the house.
