Beautiful villa with a private pool and on the beach

Our beautiful and accessible Villa has a private pool, located a few steps from Playa de Ris in Noja. Large living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet, 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Garden and enclosed garages. Beach just a few steps across the sand dunes. A few meters away are restaurants, bars and the sports center. Ris Beach is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Cantabria for sunbathing or swimming. Maximum capacity of 8 people. The space It has three double bedrooms and another with bunk beds. Two of the rooms have TVs as well. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet with sink and toilet. All rooms are exterior and bright. The spacious kitchen-room has a lot of light on being glazed and has a view of the garden. The garden has two pedestrian gates for walking to Ris beach, which is just 50 meters from the house. ACCESSIBILITY: Access is asphalted to the porch entrance gate, there are no steps to enter the house. The door to the access porch to the house is 81 cm wide. Two double rooms has the 81 cm wide door. The bathroom with shower has the 81 cm wide door and the shower does not have a high step. The shower and WC have a support bar. Guest access It has a private pool with hammocks in the garden. It has a closed garage for 2 cars and in the garden on the asphalt you can park vehicles as well. ACCESSIBILITY: The access is paved to the front door of the porch, there are no steps to enter the house. The porch door to the house is 81 cm wide. Two double rooms have an 81 cm wide door. The bathroom with shower has a door 81 cm wide and the shower does not have a high step. Travel cots are available upon request High chairs are available on request We have a shower chair (people with reduced mobility) upon request. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION WITH OFFICIAL TOURIST REGISTRATION A €600 cash deposit must be paid upon arrival. This deposit will be returned upon departure once the condition in which the house is returned has been checked. The house must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without damage. The house cannot be overcrowded, with a maximum capacity of 8 people, including babies and children. Parties and groups of minors are not allowed. It has 2 large enclosed garage spaces. It has a barbecue area with a table, chairs and umbrella. The Sirenia diving center is just 50 meters away and is open year-round. The Ris Surf School is just 50 meters away and is open in the summer season.
