The space Our 45 m2 outbuilding is equipped with a kitchen open to the living room with all the necessary cooking facilities (Senséo coffee machine and a manual coffee machine, toaster, kettle...). Bathroom. Separate toilet. One closed bedroom (140 x 190 cm double bed with storage and TV). A mezzanine with 2 90 x 190 cm mattresses for a teenager or child. Living room with TV, Wi-Fi, sofa bed offering extra bed. Washing machine, ironing table. Linens and tea towels provided. Towels are not provided, just let me know (€5 per towel). You can start the day off right with a breakfast kit at your disposal (tea, coffee, milk, butter, cereal and herbal tea). The rest of the property is private. Located a 3-minute walk from the center of the village, you will find all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar-tobacconist). Other things to note Luggage storage allowed for the comfort of guests in case of early check-in or late check-out. I am present for the key handover, but if I am absent, there is a secure lockbox next to the mailbox (the code is given on the day of arrival) not before. Please note, the apartment is upstairs, and makes it difficult to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Please specify the number of people for the sheets (beds made on arrival). Pets not allowed.
