The space It comfortably accommodates 6 people, but depending on the configuration of your group, especially if there are children, we can accommodate up to 8 guests in total by providing 2 single mattresses if required. The house has 350 m2 of built area with award-winning architecture a few meters from São José Beach and Prainha, a safe, quiet and wooded place amidst the tropical vegetation of the Atlantic Forest. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi in all rooms, spectacular views of the sea, beach and tropical forest. Very tasteful decor, quality furniture and very comfortable, providing our guests with very pleasant moments of fraternization and rest throughout the stay. On the upper floor of the house are 2 beautiful en-suites, a large living and dining room with glass doors and windows, airy and very well lit day and night, with a 70" smart TV and OiTv channel package, wine cellar, 2 rooms with sofas, chairs and super comfortable armchairs. Attached to the room is a beautiful full kitchen. The glass doors of the living room lead to the balcony, a perfect place to contemplate the natural beauty of the surroundings and rest in the hammocks overlooking the sea and São José Beach. On the lower floor is the outdoor area of the house with a gourmet space and charcoal barbecue, both integrated with the pool deck area. The two kitchens, upper and lower floors, are fully equipped with the necessary utensils for everyday meals. The accommodation includes all bed, table and bath linens with the highest quality material. You can also count on the support of our dear collaborator Silvana, who resides near the house and can provide services such as making breakfast, cooking, picking up supplies at the center and cleaning if requested and contracted separately. São José Beach is just below the house, a 2-minute walk or drive. The distance from the condominium's entrance to downtown Itacaré is just over 1 km. After booking is confirmed, all guests will be asked to provide a copy of their ID for registration at the condominium's entrance, RG or digital CNH.
