The space This is the best place to escape the daily routine, or change scenery to work online in a privileged and exclusive place, full of nature, peace and quiet. With a maximum capacity for 7 people, this is a fully equipped country villa, located in the heart of Balvanera Polo and Country Club, surrounded by nature and ideal for relaxing from everyday stress. The club and subdivision are about 15 minutes from downtown (free highway to Celaya) and have controlled access and 24-hour private security. You have access to the golf club, equestrian club, and tennis courts (third-party managed and subject to availability). The villa has 2 bedrooms, both with private bathrooms, and a tub in the master bathroom. In one of them there is a king size bed, a travel crib and a living room. The other has 2 double beds and a single sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have large closets. We have heating and a fireplace (you must bring your own firewood), and fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer. It also has cookware and utensils, as well as dishes, spatulas and other basic kitchen utensils, cutlery and glasses. And we leave you sugar, instant and whole bean coffee, salt and pepper, napkins, and drinking water. The terrace is covered and super bright; it has a table and chairs for 6 people, a barbecue, and an unbeatable view of the garden and pool. The pool and palapa are in the common area in front of the villa (please check the house rules for the use of the common areas) and there are jogging trails throughout the subdivision (including the golf course) for walking, running or biking, where you can find anything from a squirrel to horses, sheep, rabbits or possums. There are also playgrounds and seating areas in the development, and stables that you can visit, all surrounded by trees and views. In addition, at the entrance to the subdivision there is a convenience store, La Rambla, and a restaurant in the Villa Mexicana hotel and in the Golf Club, and 5 minutes away you will find a couple of shopping centers with supermarkets such as Walmart, La Comer, Soriana, and various shops and amenities, as well as other services such as banks or pharmacies. Corner Shop, Rappy, Uber, Uber eats arrive (you need to notify us at least half an hour before to allow them access). In the villa we leave mosquito repellent plates available for you, as well as fumigating frequently, but we recommend that you prevent the inevitable presence of insects typical of a place surrounded by countryside and nature. IMPORTANT: We are committed to Airbnb's special cleaning protocol. The condominium management may apply some restrictions on the use of common areas such as the need to reserve the palapa, schedules, etc. Please check the house rules section for more information and ask us if you have any questions before booking. The approximate costs of the Golf Club are as follows (subject to change). Guest access Due to the current contingency, the availability and some rules of the services of the villa and the subdivision have changed and for the security of the subdivision it is essential to present official identification upon entering and send us a photo of the identification of each guest and vehicle data in order to authorize their access to the subdivision. In the villa we can offer you additional cleaning service daily, or per day during your stay and also laundry. Please ask us for details and costs. The villa's common area is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The same roads allow you to be out of the city in any direction in about 20 minutes or half an hour maximum.
