Long-Term Stays *Fully furnished – no deposit or contract required *Includes electricity, water, gas, internet, and bi-monthly cleanings *Cleaning service is free but mandatory to maintain the property. *Guest are required to maintain a clean atmosphere free of possibilities for pests. *Laundry access for $6.00 a load (includes soap) and only available from 3pm to 9pm Rates are non-negotiable Guest access You will have access to the BACK EAST Guest Unit AND 1 assigned parking spot and the SHARED Back Courtyard. Laundry access is ONLY between the hours of 4pm and 9pm and must be scheduled in advance with your host, as it is a shared space between the 3 apartments on the property.
