Spacious 4-Bedroom Home with Private Yard

Come and make yourselves at home in this spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home located in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. This is the perfect place for a family retreat or a big group of friends. We are family friendly, kid friendly, and pet friendly. Please let us know if you are bringing your furry buddy or if you are a big group, so we can better accommodate you. We are minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, hospitals & shopping district. Long term stays are welcome. The space Choose from 4 spacious bed rooms: Lavender Suite*: a luxurious king bed and en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub Bluebonnet Suite*: a serene queen bed with a full closet Daffodil Suite*: comfy queen bed with a full closet Armadillo Suite: cozy room with a queen bed * These bedrooms come with a twin size air mattress/cot. Two Living Rooms*: Sun Room: A cozy sitting room, perfect for family bonding or big group get together. Country Road Suite: Vibrant living area with a TV and air hockey table as well as a full closet for more storage. *Both rooms have twin day beds (3 per room) to accommodate more sleeping arrangements. Please ask for more beds, if needed. If you'd like us to set up a crib, please let us know. Kitchen: We all know the heart of every home is the kitchen. Our kitchen has the equipment you need to make a hearty meal, including a stove/oven, a microwave, a fridge, cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware. Dining Room: Our large dining room is focused on bringing friends and family together, and creating new memories with each other. Enjoy a show on our 65 inch TV or pick from one of our board games to play. Front Porch: Enjoy the fresh southern air sitting out on the front porch. Backyard: The large fenced-in backyard with an open back porch is the perfect space for kids and pets to run around. Laundry Room: Keep your clothes fresh during your stay with our laundry and dryer. Parking: Plenty of space to park under a covered carport. Street parking in front of the home is also available. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire property. You will receive a guest code on the day of your arrival to access the home. Other things to note The fireplace is not working at this time. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is 11am. Please ask us if you'd like an early check-in or late check-out with a $15 fee. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it's not guaranteed. We are pet friendly with a $50 fee per pet. Our property can accommodate up to 16 guests! Please no smoking inside the house, outside is fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. All TVs are Smart Roku TVs. They include Roku TV and apps to log into for popular favorites Netflix / Prime / Hulu etc. Please remember to log out of your accounts before leaving. Events: Small parties/events allowed (please respect our home and clean up after). Larger parties/events allowed at hosts discretion with an extra $100 cleaning fee.
