A fully fenced yard makes it family friendly and secure. Inside you will find free Wi-Fi, two large tvs, USB port headboards for charging in each bedroom, a flip down work desk in one bedroom and pull up workspace in the living room, futon in the living room with bedding, ample space for a group to socialize and plenty of options for activities. Just blocks from the boat ramp where you have access to our boat slip and minutes from Eufuala, Deer Valley is your perfect getaway Guest access You will have full access to the boat slip at Arrowhead Estates boat launch, the entire house, the fenced in yard with a double car port and a secure boat port with outlet for trolling motors at the house. Enjoy the custom rock patio that is well shaded by mid afternoon, sit on one of the porches and grill with the family if not grabbing a bite in town. Enjoy the fans in each bedroom and tinted windows that keep the house cool and offer privacy from neighbors. Boat slip available for use with agreement by you of liability for injury or damages caused by you or your guests A "dock master" will inspect the dock after each stay to confirm it's state and is locally available if needed Other things to note By staying here you accept full liability for all injuries or damages to the home and boat slip. We have exterior cameras for your safety but gates can be locked if storing boat or toys in boat port. The deer are abundant in this neighborhood. Please, drive as slow as a turtle which you also may encounter out here. Visit the nearby park for a hike, try out the golf course or take a scenic drive on the State Park loop. With a Dollar General, Gas station, Coffee house trifecta just off of the Canadian exit everything you need is right here. Pet guests are limited to dogs.
