Head upstairs and take a moment to relax in the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area - it's a wonderfully light and bright space and the styling is refreshingly retro - before heading to the sleek kitchen to cook up some dinner for your loved ones. Get everyone together to eat at the minimalist-style dining table, or open the French doors and step out onto the balcony to enjoy a fabulous al fresco dinner. Afterwards, head back to the lounge to warm your toes by the wood burner while you sip a glass of your favourite wine. At the end of the day, head downstairs and you'll find two equally beautiful bedrooms: one king-size room with an en-suite shower room, and one twin room (which can be converted into a super-king-size upon request), also with an en-suite shower room. Embark on a scenic journey with your loved ones along the Tarka Trail (3.5 miles) - a 180-mile-long path named after the famous otter in Henry Williamson's novel. Alternatively, lose yourself in the enchanting beauty of Marwood Hill Gardens (6.5 miles).
