It is ideal for: - a family with two children (baby equipment on request), - couple - or with friends for up to 4 people with its second modular bedroom. It can be accessed with a small path and 5 steps. 🚲 Cyclists are welcome, we can house the bikes in our garage upon request. ● LIVING ROOM The accommodation consists of a large living room of 3.5 meters under the ceiling with a lounge area, a sofa, a large Roger Capron coffee table, two Audoux Minet rope armchairs, books, comics, board games... and Wi-Fi boxing. ● DINING ROOM KITCHEN A dining room with a large Pierre Chapo-style solid wood table, 4 chairs. ○ Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel stoves and tastefully heathered dishes with beautiful ceramics. Pros: A raclette machine A starter kit awaits you: tea, coffee...small grocery store. BIRD ● ROOM With a 160 premium bedding bed with a dresser, hanging area. Sheets are provided. SCENTED POLKA DOT ● ROOM With two beds 80 premium bedding that can be put together to form a double bed of 160 and accommodate a couple. Sheets are provided. ● CHILDREN AND BEBES Many games and children's books: kapla, schleich animals, board games Baby ● kit on request: crib, Stoke high chair, sunbed, bathtub, changing table, suitable dish. At the Deer Clan, children and infants are really welcome 😊 ● BATHROOM Bathroom with large walk-in shower and washing machine and separate toilet. Towels are provided. ● COMFORT The velux in the home is equipped with remote-controlled shutters. In the summer you have fans available in the bedrooms and living room. ● BALCONY Table and 4 chairs Fermob + plancha and shade in summer + sunbed It offers a 360 degree view of the forest, sunsets, deer, and deer in the field opposite. You have a long view in the gite to observe them. ● HOT TUB NORDIC BATH You will have access with schedules (see house rules) to our super pleasant hot tub hot tub in all seasons with views of the countryside. We provide the wood but it's up to you to heat the bath. Allow 4 hours of heating in winter, 1 hour in summer depending on outdoor temperatures. We'll explain how it works. ● PARKING SPOT You can park a vehicle in the parking lot in front of the cottage and spaces are available on the street. An outdoor outlet is available for an electric car (we charge the kwh consumed) ● SURROUNDINGS There is no trade in the small village but a direct point of sale of local products (eggs, honey, beer, flour) and charcuterie and organic meat on Friday and Saturday mornings. Upon request and billing, we offer bread. ● Groceries: >> 10 minutes by car: supermarket, small organic store, press, pharmacy, bakery, florist, restaurant, bike rental. > 15 minutes away: supermarket, cafe, several restaurants , pharmacy, press, Sunday morning market, bike rental, doctor's office. ● The accommodation is located 20/25 minutes from the center of Dijon and 25/30 minutes from Beaune. ● In summer you have two lakes nearby, a river, a tree climbing leisure park. In September, listen to the deer's slab and in October, stroll through the autumn-colored vines. In the home you'll find guides for tours and hikes. ● THINGS TO KNOW This gite is new (2024) eco responsible and fully equipped with designer, vintage furniture. Established for more than 20 years in the village, we know the region very well and will be happy to give you our good addresses. And summer sharing a few crops from the vegetable garden with you. Our house is located on the same large lot without vis-à-vis. The village is quiet, no parties or events. We speak English and Spanish. ➡️ Please read through the house rules. Guest access This cottage is independent. You will occupy it in full. Other things to note The accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation, no smoking in the hot tub. We do not accept pets even though we love them very much. No parties or noise outside after 10 p.m. Check-in and check-out done by us. Fees may be charged if the accommodation is not left clean and tidy and if the water in the Nordic bath needs to be changed due to non-compliance with the instructions.
