It is ideal for: - a family with two children (baby equipment upon request), - a couple - or with friends for up to 4 people with its second modular bedroom. It is accessible with a small path and 5 steps. 🚲 Cyclists are welcome, we can store bikes in our garage on request. ● LIVING ROOM The accommodation consists of a large living room with a 3.5-meter ceiling with a lounge area, sofa, large Roger Capron coffee table, two Audoux Minet rope armchairs, books, comics, board games... and a Wi-Fi box. ● KITCHEN DINING ROOM A dining room with a large solid wood table in Pierre Chapo style, 4 chairs. ○ Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel pans and tastefully chosen dishes with beautiful ceramics. The extras: a raclette set A starter kit awaits you: tea, coffee... small grocery store. ● BIRD ROOM With a 160 bed, premium bedding with a dresser, a closet space. Linens are provided. ● SWEET PEA ROOM With two 80-bed premium bedding that can be put together to form a 160 double bed and accommodate a couple. Sheets are provided. ● CHILDREN AND BABIES Many games and books for children: Kapla, Schleich animals, board games ● Baby kit upon request: baby bed, Stoke highchair, deckchair, bathtub, changing table, adapted dishes. At the Clan du Cerf, children and babies are really welcome 😊 ● BATHROOM Bathroom with large walk-in shower and washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels are provided. ● COMFORT The skylights of the accommodation are equipped with remote-controlled shutters. In summer you have fans available in the bedrooms and living room. ● BALCONY Fermob table and 4 chairs + plancha and umbrella in summer + deckchair It offers 360-degree views of the forest, sunsets, does and deer in the field opposite. You have a long view in the cottage to observe them. ● NORDIC JACUZZI BATH You will have access with schedules (see internal regulations) to our super pleasant Nordic Jacuzzi bath in any season with views of the countryside. We provide the wood, but it's up to you to heat the bath. Allow 4 hours of heating in winter, 1 hour in summer depending on outdoor temperatures. ● PARKING Parking is available in front of the cottage and street parking is available. An outdoor outlet is available for an electric car (we charge for the kWh consumed) ● SURROUNDINGS You are a 10-minute drive from Gevrey Chambertin and the Grands Crus route, 10 minutes from Fleurey-sur-Ouche, villages with pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants. The accommodation is located 20 minutes from Dijon and 25 minutes from Beaune. In summer you have two lakes nearby and a river. In September, come and listen to the deer rutting and in October, stroll through the vineyards in autumn colors. ● GOOD TO KNOW This gîte is new (2024), eco-friendly and fully equipped with designer, vintage furniture. Having lived in the village for over 20 years, we know the region very well and will be happy to give you our recommendations. And in summer, to share some harvests from the vegetable garden with you. Our house is located on the same large plot of land without neighbors. The village is quiet, no parties or events. We speak English and Spanish. ➡️ Please read the house rules. Guest access This cottage is independent. You will occupy it in full. Other things to note The accommodation is a non-smoking accommodation, no smoking in the hot tub. We do not accept pets even though we love them very much. No parties or noise outside after 10 p.m. Check-in and check-out done by us. Fees may be charged if the accommodation is not left clean and tidy and if the water in the Nordic bath needs to be changed due to non-compliance with the instructions.
