Entry to the unit is provided through the left side of the house, which leads to a private entrance and staircase taking you directly down to the basement. The suite is completely self-contained and exclusively for guest use, including: A cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and TV A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials A dedicated dining space for meals or remote work 2 private bedrooms area with fresh linens and ample storage A clean, modern bathroom stocked with toiletries and towels The suite also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, and heating/air conditioning for year-round comfort. Whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer visit, everything you need is ready and waiting for you. Other things to note We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. Please note the following house rules: 1. NO PARTIES and unregistered guests permitted on the property at any given time. Any complaints made by other neighbours regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected to a $500 surcharge and will be asked to leave without refund. 2.
