Welcome to our guest suite! A cozy, bright, and clean 1 bedroom oasis in a pleasant, East Vancouver neighbourhood. The location provides great proximity to explore the Main/Fraser/Victoria St. areas of Vancouver, and close access to transit for an easy commute to downtown, Vancouver’s Westside, Burnaby, or Richmond. The space Located on a friendly residential tree-lined street, the suite is located in the basement of our new home, with a separate private entrance, providing quick access to your hosts if you have any questions or need a local recommendation! Our suite is also located close to many parks, and is just steps away from the scenic lookout spot at Kensington park, and on a cross city bike path, for convenient cycle exploration. Walk down the steps at the back entrance to your private suite which includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen area. High speed WIFI throughout. Bedroom includes: • Queen bed with comfy hybrid ENDY mattress, standard and memory foam pillows, and Egyptian cotton sheets. • Flatscreen Smart TV on the wall across from bed • Workstation: desk and comfortable desk chair • Dresser and closet with plenty of storage space if you’re coming for an extended stay Kitchenette includes: • Microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, mini fridge, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils/accessories, and cutlery • Tea and Nespresso coffee pods provided • Hand soap and dish soap • Paper towel • Please note there is no oven or range cooktop Bathroom includes: • Shower. • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash • Plush robes provided in addition to plenty of towels • Hair dryer Guest access The suite is on the lower level of our home, with a separate private entry through the backyard. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire suite. Please note there may be a tenant in the suite next door, and your hosts live in the house upstairs. We will be respectful with noise and ask you to please do the same. Your hosts, Dylan & Tori, will be available to answer any questions you may have in person, or over phone/text/AirBnB. We will try to personally check you in to familiarize you to the unit. We’re happy to chat at any time during your stay if you have questions or want a local suggestion, or, if you prefer to keep to yourselves, we will respect your privacy! For guests with a vehicle, there is street parking available. Check in time: 4 p.m. Check out time: 11 a.m. Please ask if you need early check-in or late check-out.
