It includes: • A large living room of 35 m² (living room + dining room) • A fully equipped 20 m² open kitchen • Two bedrooms (2 queen size beds + 1 single bed) • A bathroom, a separate toilet • Wi-Fi, large screen TV, central heating, premium bedding 🧺 Bed and bath linens are provided. 🍼 Baby crib available free of charge upon request. 🧼 Access to washing machine, ironing board and iron (upon request). ⏱️ Self check-in from 3 p.m. thanks to a lockbox. ⏳ Check-out: 10 a.m. max Monday to Saturday | 1 p.m. on Sunday. Guest access 🚗 You have access to the accommodation near the entrance to the private and free parking during your stay. 🏡 Independent apartment and private parking within our property. 🧑‍🦽Our apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: 3 steps down at the entrance. 3 steps to climb to access the shower. Other things to note 🧹 Maintenance & departure 👉 The price of the stay does not include a cleaning fee, so guests are asked to: - maintain the accommodation during their stay and clean before they leave. - remove the used sheets, fold them and place them on the washing machine - place the towels in the laundry basket - take out the garbage before they leave 🧾 These instructions will be reminded to you the day before your departure. 💸 Fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance or damage. 🗺️ Location: Our accommodation is located in a peaceful environment, ideal for unwinding. It is about 15 minutes from the city of Beauvais, 10 minutes from a shopping center and restaurants, making it a good compromise between calm and proximity. For more comfort, a car is recommended to fully enjoy the surroundings (walks, activities, shopping, etc.).
