Focus on the region: Located in the Vézère valley, classified as a UNESCO world heritage site, numerous prehistoric and troglodyte sites are just waiting to be discovered. The Périgord terroir also means discovering gastronomy around duck, nuts, truffles, strawberries, and tasting (in moderation) its Bergerac and Montbazillac wine. In the middle of summer, find the music and dance festival in Montignac to punctuate your evenings and discover the world! A “discovery” program for you: In the morning choose to discover prehistoric sites such as the Lascaux caves or the medieval town of Sarlat la Canéda. At lunchtime, stop at the Montignac market stocked with local producers and local tastings on site. In the afternoon, go canoeing with the family, hikes on the GR36 trail departing from the campsite or activities centered on History with your children. To make your stay comfortable, the campsite offers you various services : a brasserie with local cuisine, gastronomic specialties from Périgord, a Périgord hamburger; everything is done for you to relax on the terrace shaded by the vines. Want something sweet in the morning? Edwige and Cyril offer you a service of bread and pastries baked on site with delivery to your location for your sweet mornings. And during the summer period, a welcoming activity is organized during the day or evening for convivial moments: water games around the swimming pool or pétanque tournaments, themed meals, musical evenings.
