The space The apartment (60 square meters) has a separate entrance and includes a multipurpose room, a bathroom, and a terrace. The spacious room is very bright and is divided into a living area with a large table, a living room with a sofa and a TV, a sleeping area with a double bed, and an area equipped with a kettle and a coffee maker for preparing hot drinks. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a queen-size bed. You then enter the terrace, where a table and chairs are provided. The bathroom with shower is bright and equipped with a hairdryer, towel set and courtesy. Indoor parking for motorcycles and bicycles. The villa is surrounded by a garden with a garden, chickens and a small apiary. A visit to the garden is available upon request.
