The space The apartment is designed for families of 4 members ideally, we have a crib for a baby. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom in 56m2. We give you the necessary information for you to do Karting, Horseback Riding, ATVs, Motor Paragliding, Surf Lessons, impossible to get bored!! or if you come as a couple there are several alternatives to go to enjoy a Spa and the best cuisine in the region. From the Airport to Concon there are several alternatives, but we present three to get there with different costs. You can take public transportation to the Santiago bus terminal to take an intercity bus to Viña-Concon at an average cost of US$10 per person. You can rent a car at the airport and drop it off the next day in Viña from US$40 or hire a transfer service from US$90 to get to the apartment on the top floor, a beautiful building on terraces, with an incredible funicular overlooking the ocean until you reach the top floor. Guest access You will have access to all the building's services, laundry, game room with pool table, foosball, tennis court and swimming pool on the panoramic terrace. (check availability according to time of year) Building located a 5-minute walk from Playa Los Lilenes. You can have a separate check-in with a key lockbox. Other things to note A gas grill is available to enjoy exquisite barbecues on the terrace, accompanied by a minibar to cool your refreshments. We have a small bar with some bottles available at an additional cost. For stays longer than a fortnight, we leave you a little surprise in the refrigerator!!
