Laundry: Laundry detergent A Few Quirks: The basement can be a bit cool, but we’ve provided extra blankets and electric blankets to keep you cozy. There are portable space heaters in each of the bedroom closets as well. As we reside in the house above, you may occasionally hear some friendly household noise. We have two very friendly dogs. They may bark excitedly when you arrive. Our bulldog, Maggie, has become quite stressed since we started Air bnb so please refrain from petting her. We have a fence that divides the backyard to keep the pups from bothering any guests. We invite you to relax and unwind in our charming basement apartment. Guest access GUEST ACCESS INFORMATION Parking: • Guests are required to park on the street. • Please ensure not to block any driveways. • Maximum of two cars allowed. Entrance: • The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the home. • Walk on the grass to the right of the home to the wooden gate. Open the gate and follow the stepping stones to the top of the entrance stairs. • There is a light switch at the top of the stairs to illuminate the stairs down to the apartment. Keyless Entry: • A keyless entry code will be provided to guests upon arrival. Notes: • Please remove shoes once inside the apartment. ~Please no smoking or vaping inside~ Enjoy your stay!! Other things to note *Important* We wanted to let you know about our beloved bulldog, Maggie. Since we started hosting on Airbnb, Maggie has become quite stressed. For her well-being and your safety, we kindly ask that you refrain from petting her as she may react by nipping. However, please rest assured that there is a fence separating the dogs from the guest areas, so you should not have any issues. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
