Independent room with private bathroom. Complete with many amenities Coffee and Tea Quiet area of Milan "Ortica District" which offers various services, many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, defined as a museum district given the numerous murals. You can reach the center by public transport in 30 minutes. At each guest change, the room is sanitized with disinfectant products and steam, clean sheets and towels. The room has a height of 2.10m. The space Hi, I'm Francesca, I'm 49 years old. I am a decorator and I live with my partner Marco and our daughters Gaia and Sole, in a very special condominium. The former Richard Ginori porcelain factory, converted into a loft, atelier, open space. Our loft is divided into three levels. We live on the first and second floors. On the ground floor, beyond our entrance, there are two beautiful rooms that I rent for short periods. For these reasons, the room is very independent from the rest of the house. Guests really appreciate the privacy it offers, as well as not having time restrictions for returning and leaving! I'll also say a few words to describe our residential complex. Tucidide is a very young reality, various artists have passed through here, the "different" way of being able to experience Milan has made it a popular destination. Living here is nice, but you have to accept some compromises. Since the apartments are mainly on the ground floor, it is likely to hear noises coming from the internal corridor, voices, motorcycles, children, etc. However, it is an extremely free place, where, with respect for everyone, you can use the outside area in the way that everyone wants. Have lunch, breakfast outdoors, live not just inside the house, in short. There are times when there is also extreme tranquility, a predominantly very relaxed atmosphere. The room has a private bathroom, a comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, wardrobe, sofa and desk. Blankets, bed sheets and towels. You are not allowed to use the house kitchen but the room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Fast internet, Wi-Fi. TV with digital terrestrial. Breakfast included. So in the fridge and pantry you'll find everything the house offers for breakfast! In case you don't find anything you like, inside the condominium, located at the entrance to a bakery bar, you can have breakfast with freshly made hot brioches and super creamy cappuccinos. The area offers bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Restaurants of all kinds (non-ethnic), pizzerias, hamburgers, grills, pastry shops and other bars We are located in the old and famous district of Milan, sung by singers and written about in books, now a destination for street art tours called "Museum District" for the large amount of murals in our neighborhood. (In the room you will find a map with a tour book if you too want to discover the "Ortica district") A few steps from the house are various bus and tram stops, the most convenient destinations: Duomo, Lambrate, Central Station, Corso Buenos Aires. A three-minute walk from the street is the stop for bus 54, which takes you downtown in 20 minutes. To go to Rho Fiera: bus "38" from the house, DATEO subway/metro direction (10 minutes) and 7 stops to Rho-Fiera. Remember that to visit Leonardo's Last Supper, you need to book the visit well in advance Guest access The only part of the house that is accessible to guests is the room, and the outdoor table in front of the window, it is not possible to use the kitchen. During your stay I'm a mother of two girls, I spend many hours of the day at home. This is why I can be available to my guests for several hours a day, for any issues or questions. However, the apartment, being divided into two floors, offers guests who want it a lot of privacy. As for the daily cleaning of the room, I always ask guests if they prefer that I come for the garbage, breakfast cups and towels, rather than leaving them out of the room... Other things to note We have a dog and a cat, they leave the house especially the cat, but they don't enter the room Registration details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
