Charming annex, in the Chilterns

Our self contained annex has its own front door and off road parking for one car . It is fully insulated with its own boiler and hot water. There is a kitchen, with microwave and induction hobs. There is an en-suite shower room with large shower . The bed is a double wall bed with storage either side and its own lighting. The room is flooded with light. There is a seating area with smart tv and a workspace. There is breakfast bar for two. The space This is a garage conversion . Small kitchen area with hob and microwave pots pan plates cutlery etc . En-suite shower room large shower . Own central heating via radiators providing hot water . Boiler in kitchen area and u can change settings . Double wall bed with small storage space either side including handing space . There is a small sofa style seating and 2 individual seats. It is light and airy with bifolds along one wall with views of small but pretty garden . There are curtains to provide u with privacy . We do not allow access to our garden. It has the highest grade of insulation in walls floor and ceiling so is not cold . Guest access Parking for one car off road on our drive .
