Home in Brisighella

Otello's house is the ideal place to relax and recharge in an oasis of quiet and elegance located in the first hills of Brisighella close to the badlands with breathtaking panoramic views. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests modern and rustic environments with designer furniture and extreme attention to detail. It also lends itself as a starting point for mountain bike tours with visits to the nearby Vena del Gesso, also accompanied by the host if desired. The space The house is located in the foothills of the medieval village of Brisighella. The entire accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests and consists of a ground floor with kitchen and living room, on the first floor two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a large exclusive park with panoramic views of the badlands of the Vena del Gesso, surrounded by greenery in the valley of San Cristoforo - former Roman spa town. The place is immersed in the Romagna countryside. Access to the villa is accessible from the municipal road through a private white road of about 400 meters with a moderate slope and where you can find some depressions. In the outdoor area resides Otello, a nice donkey of about 7 years old inside his own enclosure. At the entrance, near the external gate of the property, there is a video camera connected to the video intercom that frames the external road. The maximum length of stay is 29 days. Guest access The villa is located in the open countryside surrounded by absolute silence. Access to the house is barrier-free and therefore also suitable for the disabled and/or those with walking difficulties. We strongly recommend using your own vehicle to get around independently.
