Ideal for a couple The space Recently renovated, my apartment consists of a kitchen open to a comfortable and bright living room, a bedroom overlooking the courtyard and a bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave and washer/dryer. You'll also have everything you need to cook, including basic ingredients (oil/vinegar/condiments/spices). Dining table (4 people/retractable if necessary) The living room is furnished with a premium non-convertible sofa (Poltrone & Sofa) as well as an extra-large SmartTV + Box-TV that gives you access to hundreds of channels. Wi-Fi (fiber optic speed) The courtyard room will ensure the most sensitive nights are very quiet. Electric blinds added to the blackout curtains also make it possible to obtain complete darkness. A comfortable double bed faces a flat-screen TV that has the same features as the living room. The large capacity wardrobe will allow you to store all your belongings, including your luggage. Finally, the bathroom has a large shower (80*80) and a premium dual-option faucet (multi-jet shower and showerhead) In case of high heat, a mobile air conditioner is available for your use. The apartment is equipped with Campa radiant heaters with an elegant design for soft and pleasant warmth. Ideally exposed, the apartment benefits from very nice sunshine. Located on the 3rd floor, you will enjoy the pretty view allowing you to see the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the distance. There's no elevator but the floors are really not high. The neighborhood is very quiet, however if you want a little excitement you are only a few minutes walk from a very popular square and typical of the Parisian atmosphere of Ménilmontant. We provide you with 2 helmets for your 2-wheeled trips. USEFUL: 🛒 You are within a 100-meter walk to a good-sized supermarket. 🛍 Going a little further on Rue des Pyrénées, towards Place Gambetta, you will reach its most commercial part with artisanal bakers, cheese makers and other specialties of French gastronomy. For those who prefer the folkloric atmosphere of the street markets, the one on Rue des Pyrénées takes place at the foot of the apartment every Thursday and Sunday morning. 🍻For a drink, head to Rue Levert and Jourdain metro station. Stroll through the neighborhood to discover its picturesque paths that inspired the "Promenade des Hauteurs" hike held every year in Paris. Cité Leroy, located just across from the apartment, is a good place to start. Finally, we recommend that you visit the Père Lachaise Cemetery and its huge park, which houses the graves of Frédéric Chopin, Yves Montand, Jim Morrison and many others.
