The space The Downtown Blue Cottage is the ground-level unit of a duplex. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and dining area, a living room, and a spacious backyard with a picnic table. We have a All-In-One Washer and Dryer located in the hallway, next to the bathroom. While gentler on your clothes, please note they take 3-6 hours to complete a full wash-and-dry cycle due to its ventless drying system. You will also have two parking spots on the premises. The driveway is shared with basement tenant. Please be sure to review “Check In Method” for pictures of your designated parking spot. Guest access You have full access to the ground-level unit, with its own separate entrance. Note: We have a very nice and quiet tenant in the basement. She also has her own separate entrance.
