KOKO ABODE is set up as an open plan studio perfect for those looking to explore the NSW south coast. The space KOKO ABODE is a self-contained, open planned studio style guesthouse which has its own entrance and privately fenced yard away from main residence. Consisting of 1 Queen bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom, kitchen and lounge. What the internal space lacks in size it makes up for in style and functionality. Comprising externally of lush landscaped tropical gardens, a large outdoor deck, fire pit area with bench seating and outdoor cabana with dining space for two. KOKO ABODE invites the outdoors in with double sliding glass doors for a great outlook of the gardens. Sleeps 4 people. A MAXIMUM of 2 adults! ( *PLEASE READ AHEAD) ~1 queen bed ~ 1 Sofa bed * The sofa bed will only accommodate up to two children approximately under age 5 due to the nature of its size (150cm x 120cm). The sofa bed when laid out cannot be maneuvered around easily and is therefore only recommended to be laid out as a bed during periods of sleep ONLY and then repositioned as a lounge. All extra bedding for sofa bed is provided. So, while KOKO ABODE Guesthouse is perfect for couples it can accommodate a small young family of up to four. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Guest House. The main residence is not accessible from the Guest House as it is fully fenced off. Guests have own private access and plenty of public parking close by. Other things to note Certainly, important to mention is that KOKO ABODE is PET FRIENDLY. So please feel comfortable to bring along your furry friend too! The fully fence yard provides safety and plenty of space for them to roam. We have provided an undercover kennel, food and water bowls.
