All guests have access to the common areas, which include a laundry area and sunny terraces with panoramic views of Nerja, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. Guest access The building's common areas are freely accessible 24 hours a day. Please respect the rules regarding noise and coexistence with other guests, neighbors, and the environment. Some areas of the building, such as cleaning closets, linen supplies, meters, and maintenance areas, are not available for free access and will be clearly marked with signs.
