Studio Cabin near Epping Forest

Studio Cabin in a peaceful setting close to nature with easy access to central London. Just 8minutes walk to the Overground which takes you into Walthamstow Central and Liverpool Street and 10minutes walk to Epping Forest where you can immerse yourself in nature. A very comfortable space with everything you might need when visiting the area for work or pleasure. The studio is in the grounds of our house with its own privatised area of the garden and side gate for access. The space There are 2 rooms, a bedroom / living kitchen area with double doors onto a small private terrace and large bathroom with a walk-in shower separated by a curtain. There is a double furl bed which can be folded away if more space in the living area is desired during the day, with built in wardrobes along the wall giving lots of storage. The ercol table can be folded up or down to seat 2-4 people depending on use. The kitchen is along one long wall opposite the bed and has everything you may need, an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and air fryer. There is also a sauna off the bathroom which is currently used only for storage and not currently usable. Guest access To access the space you will enter via the side gate to the property and walk through the main garden to a privatised area for the cabin. Other things to note The cabin backs onto the railway tracks. Chingford is the end of the line and trains come through slowly as they come to a stop but can still be heard. Light sleepers may want to avoid this cabin.
