The space This newly built modern-style home has an open floor plan, modern simple decor, and a cozy, soft-sided hot tub on the covered patio where you can unwind from your day. The home features a King Sleep Number bed in the primary bedroom, along with additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate your group. Please note that some sleeping options include bunk beds, which are ideal for families or flexible adult groups. This home has two smart TVs with streaming services including Disney Plus, Max, and Peacock, an arcade for the kids and kids at heart. The fully stocked kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a large fridge and freezer, plenty of cooking space, all the cooking items you would need, including a Belgian waffle maker, cooking and baking cookware, and a highchair for the littles. Additional amenities include a pack-and-play, a washer and dryer, and a spacious living area. Outside, you will find covered patios in both the front and back yards, a private soft-sided hot tub in the small, fully fenced back yard, and a small park out the front door for those lovely Idaho days. You will find the Ford Idaho Center a 7-minute drive, and Centennial and Ridgecrest Golf courses only a 5-minute drive. Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Lake Lowell Reservoir, and RedHawk Public Golf Course are a short drive away as well. If you need the Boise Airport, it is 20 miles away, and other entertainment like BSU, Bogus Basin Ski Area, Snake River, Celebration Park, and the Idaho Archaeological Park. Our all-inclusive package includes Wi-Fi, a private soft-sided hot tub spa, kids cornhole, patio chairs, and two large smart TVs. Bedding and towels, newly added 2" memory foam toppers on the twin bunk beds, a fully stocked kitchen with a highchair, including disposable items, and a K-Cup coffee assortment to get you started, enough to get you through a day or two, depending on your usage. Listed disposable Items: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, disinfectant, spot cleaner, and locally made Idaho natural bar soap. Guest access The home will be accessible with a lock box code as well as a garage door code that will be sent to you by the host on the day of check-in. You can park 2 cars on the street and 2 cars on the driveway as long as they do not drip oil. There is garage access in this home with room for 2 cars. We do not have the ability to charge electric cars without popping the breakers at the house, please do not attempt to charge any electric vehicles.
