You will be 45 minutes from the nearest ski resorts or Grenoble, and only 25 minutes from Chambéry and Albertville. Highway 5 minutes away. Other things to note A 170 km cycle path, the Rando'Bauges, passes a few hundred meters away. It allows you to tour the Bauges mountain range by bike via Annecy or Aix-les-Bains. Wam Park (water games, wakeboarding, tree climbing...) is about 20 minutes away, or even 40 minutes via the wine route, but probably much more if you stop at our many wineries! Many lakes, some with beaches, are nearby. Supermarkets, laundromat, tobacconists, restaurants, cheese factory, SNCF train station, medical centers, swimming pools etc are available a few minutes' drive away in Montmélian or Saint Pierre d'Albigny. The bike path also takes you there.
