The Artist's cottage - Taralga

If you're looking for a secluded getaway for the family or perhaps two or three couples then this cute country cottage is the place for you. With three bedrooms and several different cozy living spaces you can relax in comfort in front of the open fireplaces. Alternatively you can enjoy long walks in the beautiful countryside followed by a good soak under the stars in the outside bath. The space The fully renovated 1950s cottage stands by itself in the middle of a paddock on a working farm. It has three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a small but fully equipped kitchen as well as a dining room and two living areas with open fireplaces. There is also a north facing sunroom with daybeds looking out across an unspoilt rural view. Outside there is a fire pit with outdoor furniture and an outdoor bath with hot and cold water so you can enjoy a long soak under the stars. Guest access Guests are free to walk around the farm. There's a map in the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is 10 minutes from historic Taralga. It's fun to spend a Saturday morning exploring the various shops and picking up a few delicious supplies from the acclaimed Argyll Inn. Get there early so you don't miss out.
