You can find parks, bikes paths, gyms, the Decatur Train Station and plenty of restaurants nearby! Downtown Atlanta is only 6 miles away! The space This lovely bungalow has been recently renovated and boasts beautiful hardwood floors throughout! The fully stocked and updated kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals and hang out. The bathroom offers a beautiful, large walk-in shower. The two comfortable bedrooms that are thoughtfully decorated provide sleeping arrangements for up to four people. The primary bedroom has a full size bed as well as a dedicated workspace and the secondary bedroom provides two twin size beds. You will be sure to enjoy the beautiful covered front porch and the lush greenery surrounding it. The backyard is fully fenced in and includes a patio and table for two. The property comes with a washer and dryer available for your use and we provide you starter amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish detergents, laundry detergent and coffee grinds! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire 2 bed/ 1 bath home and the outdoor areas. This is a single-family home. You are renting the entire property just for you! Other things to note -The backyard is fully fenced in and we do allow dogs. There is a pet fee and your furry friend must be added to the reservation. -The large driveway can park up to 5 or 6 cars. -There is a small charcoal grill on the front patio available. -There’s a basketball hoop out in front of the house for your entertainment! -We allow up to 4 guests. Please make sure your reservation includes an accurate guest count. We do not allow extra visitors. - After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. -No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fine. -The queen bed looks lumpy but guests have said it is super comfy. Just don't be surprised when you first see it. -The washer and dryer are in the bedroom with the twin beds. -Please be sure to read our house rules! -Congratulations, you found the booking phrase!
