(see last photos) Other things to note House Rules 1- No parties, events or smoking 2- Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. 3- No frying on the stove or pouring oil down the drains. 4- It is forbidden to move furniture, mattresses or beds on the floor. 5- Be careful with the utensils and use appropriate spatulas in the Teflon pans and in the sandwich maker 6- Do not litter the common areas, stairs, corridors, patio and entrance hall. 7-When leaving, turn off fans and electrical equipment that can cause fire and close the windows (it rains almost every afternoon, don't be fooled by the weather). There are three checkout rules 1- Notify the time and do it before 10 a.m. 2- Leave organized, take out the trash, do not leave dirty dishes and empty the refrigerator. 3- Keep the key in the door safe box before going down.
