A place of peace and relaxation, a cabin in the woods where you can retreat to the Swiss mountains and enjoy a few days of tranquility in close contact with nature... The space The farmhouse is rustic and basic, reachable from the village of Certara on foot in 30 minutes or by car in 20 minutes, after delivery of passes and keys. It is equipped with a living room with an economical kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a gas boiler for hot water; on the upper floor there are two beds that can be assembled into a double bed and four additional mattresses to be placed directly on the floor. There is no electricity: you need to bring candles and camping gas cylinders with you. In the cabin there is a gas lamp (camping type), the kitchen and heating are wood-fired. The accommodation is rustic with internal surfaces in masonry and wood: a bit of an adaptable spirit is required: it is in direct contact with the forest, so it is possible to run into encounters with wildlife, especially dormice that live on the roof. It can happen that dormice, although harmless, enter the house or make themselves heard during the night. They tend to run away in the presence of humans. There are other huts in the surrounding area and the area is also frequented by shepherds, breeders and woodcutters, so it is possible to occasionally encounter the noise of woodcutters or grazing cows. There is a cellar, a tool shed and a woodshed; in the surrounding woods you can find more wood. Nearby, a network of trails connects scenic corners of the Lugano Prealps (Passo San Lucio, Val Cavargna, Monte Gazzirola, Monte Bar, Cima Fojorina, Denti della Vecchia...) Upon request, you can take guided, experiential excursions and meditation in nature, astrological readings, harmonization and energy cleaning with radiesthesia.
