Lake View Natural Farm Stay - Quadraple Room

Nair’s Farm isn’t a resort. It’s our home and farm with cottages designed for you to experience comfort which is in harmony with the surrounding landscape. This cottage in the middle of our farm can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The cottage has an air-conditioned attic (bedroom), a dedicated washroom, a patio, Wi-Fi and an open private dining space. If there are additional members to extend the capacity of the cottage we can make a comfortable arrangement for an additional charge per person. The space We are a small family, who is in the process of building a self-sustaining eco-system with nature as our teacher. We are working for the upliftment of the local communities as we build our natural farms. ~ LOCATION ~ Its a farm stay located close to Talegaon and Chakan MIDC at Pune district enroute Bhimashankar, at the back waters of Bhama Askhed lake. ~ TRAVEL~ There are various routes from Pune and Mumbai, which takes approx. 1 hour and 3.5 hours respectively. There is superb road connectivity up to the farm. The route is panoramic scenic, safe and a pleasure to drive. ~ COTTAGES~ We have cozy cottages of various compositions and multiple options such as rooms, apartments, bamboo loft cottages and tents. Apart from this we have our cafeteria, ponds, water bodies, rain dance floor, camp fire space on the premises. We have cottages for 4 people, 2 people, and single person. On a higher side it can easily accommodate 6 guests, 4 guests and 2 guests respectively. Our bamboo loft cottages gives the experience of living a simple and medieval life and they are equally suited for families and a group of friends with capacity ranging from 2 people to 30 people. The cottages has an air-conditioned attic (bedroom), a washroom, a patio and an open and private dining space. If there are additional members to extend the capacity of the cottage we can make a comfortable arrangement for an additional charge per person. ~ W E A T H E R ~ Located by the lake and surrounded by hills weather is an integral part of experience. Winters (Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb) is the best time ranging from cool to cold with a morning mist and lovely evening breeze. Summers (March, April & May ) so are hot afternoons but pleasant and cool evenings with brown landscape. Monsoon (June, July & Aug) no doubt is at its best with heavy rainfall and lush green landscape. Guest access Guests will have complete access to your room and to the shared spaces in the farm ~ GUEST ACTIVITIES ~ ■ We offer 4 x 4 also if you are interested in open jeep safari or off-roading. ■ You can rent vehicles from us if you are interested to drive around. ■ We can provide a wide range of experience that includes tractor ride / driving, brush cutting, tilling with a power tiller and so on. ■ Gets hands on our farm activities ■ Farm tour ■ Walk to the lake ■ Trek to the mountains ■ Barbeque & Bonefire We love animals both ours and yours. We are pet friendly and we have very domicile animals that loves gentle petting. During your stay We are always around for our guests. Other things to note ~ F O O D ~ Our place being off-grid, we would love to cook for you. We can serve freshly cooked vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals at an additional charge depending on your liking. We can set-up personal barbeque and a candle light dinner for a small celebration. We would need you to share your availability & likings 48 hour prior to your visit. Our studio apartment is equipped with kitchen that allows you to do your own cooking as well (Please bring your own groceries).
