Guest House: Just 10 steps from the main villa you can enjoy a guest house with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 sofa bed and 1 full kitchen, ideal for small families or couples who value privacy. Bedrooms for domestic staff & service: La Casita Del Arroyo has bedrooms for domestic service staff with a separate bathroom. A perfect solution for families traveling with drivers and/or nannies. Guest access Guests have the entire property to enjoy. From the property, guests can access the river and El Arroyazo. We also have a bedroom and dining area for service staff and employees, ideal for those wishing to attend with their nannies / maid. Mosquitoes and insects: Our villa is fully equipped with nets on all doors and windows, and we fumigate our property regularly. We recommend bringing repellents to enjoy the outdoor areas. Fully equipped kitchens: A kitchen for each area equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. We also have a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue. Bring your favorite meats and enjoy as a family! Living room and dining room: Our villa has 3 independent dining rooms, one in the guest house and 2 in the main house with capacity for the whole group. Jacuzzi: Immerse yourself in our heated Jacuzzi located in the heart of our house, the gazebo. Constanza's climate: During the day, the atmosphere is naturally cool. The property has large windows that invite refreshing breezes through the space, creating a naturally cool and inviting atmosphere during the day. At night, temperatures can drop, so we recommend wearing warm clothing. Location: Our property is in a privileged location, just steps from the Ébano Verde and El Arroyazo Scientific Reserve. Right in front of your rooms you will find the emerald waters of our beautiful river. We've created a Google Maps to make your arrival easier. The property does not require a 4x4 vehicle for access.
