The space Master suite: A spacious, well-lit room with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Large windows allow natural light to flood the room, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy our bright and stylish bathroom. Bathed in natural light streaming through large windows. Pamper yourself in the spacious shower or unwind in the deep soaking tub. Game room: Our spacious game room is equipped with a professional-grade ping pong table, a classic pool table, and a Simpsons arcade machine. Patio: Our private back deck is the ideal spot to unwind and create lasting memories. Equipped with a large comfortable outdoor sectional and a gas BBQ grill perfect for a chat outside by the fire pit. Please note we provide the gas tank for grilling but you must take it to the local supermarket and refill it or you are welcome to bring your own. Guest access Please note that firewood is not provided. Guests must bring their own wood for the fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Please note that the house does not have central air conditioning. However, the surrounding trees and cool mountain air help keep the house comfortable, especially in the evenings. There is an a/c unit in the living room that keeps the area cool. We do have a thermostat that controls heating if you would like to make an adjustment to the temperature. Other things to note On our beautiful 6 acres of property live bears, deer, squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, tortoises, and other critters they attract that may roam onto the property, and you will likely see and hear them. Please be aware that we cannot control all the pests and critters from such a natural habitat. We encourage guests to research their destination before booking. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages will be provided. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM TO 8:00 AM NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SMOKING. We only provide a starter pack of amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and hand soap. If you are coming with a large group or staying longer than a weekend, we strongly suggest you pack your detergent for the washer and dryer. Guests are expected to provide their own after the complimentary necessities are used. One towel is provided per person. In the kitchen, we provide pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper and coffee, bowls, plates, cups, etc. Due to the seriousness of food allergies, please bring your cooking oil and other necessary ingredients to create delicious meals. Please note that firewood is not provided. Guests must bring their own wood for the fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Please pay the pet fee if you are bringing your pet. Failure to do so will result in a $100 penalty fee.
