The property has free private parking by entering a gate which opens with a remote control. Extremely quiet area just 5 klm from Argostoli city, the capital of Kefalonia! Enjoy your balcony view until the Sunset! Other things to note Not allowed: Charging electric vehicles or batteries from electric bicycles from the property’s sockets. We do Not provide this. 1) Please note that this is a NO smoking property. You should never smoke or leave smoked ccigarettes inside, its really a big problem for us and is likely that we will lose the next reservation as the smell needs several dayes to go away. Thank you! 2) Also please DO NOT wash the sand from the beach inside the house and inside the bathroom. This will make the bathroom drainange stop and it will flood. If this happens we will need to call and pay for a plumber to fix it. 3) Towels are for in house use only. If they are damaged from sun lotion or make up or outside use well need to buy new ones to replace them. 4) Respect the check in and check out times.
