This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly constructed cottage located on Long Pond in the heart of the Belgrade Lakes region has everything you need for a perfect relaxing vacation. The shared common beach area is just a short walk away where you can spend the day swimming, canoeing, fishing, walking or just reading a book in the sun. Conveniently located just minutes from Belgrade Village where you will enjoy shops, restaurants, the Belgrade Farmer’s Market & Day’s Store, a local favorite. The space Welcome to the Woods & Waters cottage on Long Pond in the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region. Our newly constructed cottage has all the modern amenities you enjoy while offering an open, warm and inviting space. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room allows everyone to be together. A fully-equipped kitchen with white quartz counter-tops, including peninsula with 4 wooden stools and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table has seating for 4. The primary bedroom/ensuite has a King size bed and dresser, custom tile floor and tile walk-in shower and a beautiful dark wood vanity. A roll-away cot is available in the closet to accommodate a 5th guest/child. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, antique wooden rack to store clothes and a small closet. The guest bathroom has a full tub with custom tile shower walls and a gorgeous vintage inspired tile floor and full vanity. The primary bedroom and living room both have smart TV's. A stackable washer & dryer are available for guest use in the utility room. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire cottage with the exception of an owner's closet. A fire pit area with chairs, BBQ grill and a canoe are also available for use. The canoe is located at the common beach area appropriately labeled and life jackets and paddles are located at the cottage. Further instructions will be included in the Guest Guide book.
